For over 20 years in the beauty world, I’ve sat with thousands of women, talking, laughing, crying, and sharing the real-life moments that shape us. And through it all, I’ve been on my own seven-year journey with my health and hormones, learning what actually helps and what makes everyday life feel lighter.
